However, many Dakshaara products are handcrafted or made using natural materials. Therefore:

• Such variations are inherent characteristics of handcrafted and natural products.
• Product images may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen/device settings.
• Such natural or handmade variations will not ordinarily be considered manufacturing defects.

Where a product has specific characteristics, limitations or care requirements, customers should review the product description before purchasing.

4. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

Dakshaara reserves the right to:

• Limit quantities available for purchase.
• Update product availability.
• Discontinue products.
• Correct product information or pricing errors.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of an unexpected availability issue, Dakshaara will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.

5. Prices and Taxes

Product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes will be charged as required under applicable law.

Dakshaara reserves the right to correct pricing or calculation errors. If an incorrect price has been displayed due to a technical or clerical error, Dakshaara may contact the customer before processing the order.

Order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.

Dakshaara may contact the customer where additional information is required to process an order.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 5 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already entered processing or dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will generally not be accepted.

9. Shipping

Dakshaara currently focuses on shipping within India and may also offer international shipping to selected destinations.

Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days.

Estimated delivery is generally within 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, remote-area conditions and other circumstances beyond Dakshaara’s control.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the applicable order/shipping conditions.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders above ₹999, subject to the conditions displayed at checkout.

Expedited shipping may be available for selected locations/orders.

10. International Orders

International shipping availability depends on destination and courier service.

International customers may be responsible for:

• Customs clearance charges
